Veterans Service Office

What does the VSO do for you? They provide free benefit claims counseling and information and referral assistance to veterans, their dependents and survivors.
  • Do you have a question regarding your entitlement to State and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Veterans Benefits? They have the answer for you.
  • Do you need assistance completing benefit claim paperwork? They will complete, file and follow up on your claim.
  • Have you been denied DVA veterans benefits? They can assist you in filing a notice of disagreement and further assist you with the appeal process.
  • Do you need to obtain a verification of eligibility or verification of benefits for financial assistance programs? They can verify and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Do you need assistance understanding DVA decisions or correspondence? Their experienced claims officers work closely with the DVA to make the process of obtaining benefits easy for you.
  • They also provide information and assistance on Health Care eligibility, Home Programs, Government Life Insurance, and the Vocational Rehabilitation Program for veterans with disabilities.

As you can see, the Veterans Service Office is extremely important to any communications with the VA.

The Orange County office does not take appointments. Services are provided on a first come, first served basis.
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Tuesdays 9:30AM - 4:00PM
Monday - Friday 12:00PM - 1:00PM * Lunch
Office remains open for client intake services only during the lunch hour.
